Swappable diode modules on D1 Pro frame
xTool D1 Pro uses plug-in diode modules (5W–40W depending on era and listing). Buy the module power you need — same rail and software as other D1 Pro heads.
Pages below are per factory-installed module. Other wattages are sold as separate heads you can swap on the same cabinet.
TL;DR
xTool D1 Pro 20W is the 20W SKU on the xTool xtool d1 pro line. A well-built open-frame diode laser available up to 20W. Verify optical power on the listing — do not assume combined-watt marketing.

Beginner notes
Choose 20W if it matches your typical jobs. Compare cut depth and price against other tiers in this product line before ordering.
Pro tips
Use air assist and a honeycomb bed for cleaner cuts. For metal marking, use LaserBond or Brilliance spray — results vary by coating. Upgrade to steel wheel risers if you engrave tumblers or cylindrical objects.
